What Commishy is
- A place to find Roblox developers whose accounts and work are checked against Roblox, send them requests, and keep the job in one thread.
- Commishy is a record keeper, not a party to your deal. We don't hold money, take a cut of it, or guarantee delivery, payment, quality or that anyone will respond.
- Commishy is run by an individual, is independent, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
Agreeing to these terms
- You agree to these terms and the privacy policy when you tick the box on the welcome screen. If you don't agree, don't use Commishy.
- You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you, and should be involved before you take or pay for a job.
- These terms are version 2026-10-26, dated October 26, 2026. We may change them; the date here changes when we do, and we'll say so on the site. Using Commishy after a change means you accept it.
Your account
- One account per person. Verify only Roblox accounts you own. Claiming someone else's account or work ends your account.
- You're responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your email secure.
- You're responsible for what you post. Keep it honest, legal, and yours to post.
What the checks mean, and don't
- "Verified" means a bio code matched on the Roblox account at the time of checking. "Verified game" and "Verified asset" mean Roblox's public data listed that account or a group it owns as the creator at the time we looked. "Vouched by owner" means the game's owner, verified the same way, said yes.
- Those are facts we observed, not promises. We don't guarantee that a dev is skilled, honest, available, or the real author of the work beyond what Roblox reports, and Roblox data can be wrong, stale or change. Decide for yourself before you hire or accept a job.
Deals between you
- When a developer accepts a request, the price, currency, payment route and revisions are written into the thread. That record is what you both agreed. Change it in the thread if you change it.
- Payment happens between you, by the route you chose, outside Commishy. Follow Roblox's rules for Robux. We're not responsible if a payment isn't made, is reversed, is late, or if work isn't delivered or isn't what was agreed.
- If something goes wrong, the thread and the deal record are your evidence. We may read them to remove accounts that break these terms, but we don't arbitrate disputes, collect debts or refund anyone.
- Agree who owns delivered work before the job starts, in the thread. Unless you agree otherwise, the developer keeps their rights until paid, and the client gets the rights to the delivered work once paid in full.
Reviews and the Brief helper
- Only the client on a completed request can review it, once. Reviews must be about the job and be honest. We remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or plainly false, and we may remove accounts that trade or fake reviews.
- The Brief helper drafts text with an AI model. It's a draft. You're responsible for what you send, and it isn't advice on price, scope or anything else.
What you can't do
- Scam, defraud, harass, threaten or impersonate anyone. Post malware, backdoors or stolen work. Spam, scrape, or automate access to Commishy. Try to get around verification, invite codes or rate limits. Use Commishy for anything illegal, or anything that breaks Roblox's terms.
Content and rights
- You keep the rights to what you make. By posting work, text or images on Commishy you give us a licence to show them on Commishy, in previews and in share images, for as long as your account exists.
- Names, thumbnails and stats of Roblox games and items belong to their creators and to Roblox. We show them from Roblox's public data.
Copyright and takedowns
- If something on Commishy uses your work without permission, email hello@commishy.app with the link, a description of your work, proof you own it, and your contact details. We'll remove the item while we look, tell the person who posted it, and restore it only if they show they have the right. Repeat offenders lose their account.
No warranty
- Commishy is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. We don't promise it will be available, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose, or that any information on it, including data from Roblox, is accurate or current.
Limits on our liability
- To the fullest extent the law allows, Commishy and the person running it are not liable for any loss of money, work, data, profits, reputation or opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from using Commishy or from any deal, payment or dispute between users.
- If we are found liable for anything despite the above, our total liability to you for all claims together is limited to the amount you paid Commishy in the twelve months before the claim, which at launch is zero.
- Some places don't allow some of these limits. Where that's the case, they apply as far as allowed.
You cover us
- If someone brings a claim against Commishy because of what you did on it, including work you posted, a deal you made, a review you wrote or a term you broke, you'll cover the costs, including reasonable legal fees.
Ending things
- You can delete your account from your dashboard at any time. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms, without notice where the harm is serious.
- We can change or stop any part of Commishy. If we shut down, we'll give notice on the site where we can.
Law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute goes to the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you a right to go to court at home.
- Before going to court, email hello@commishy.app and give us 30 days to sort it out. Most things can be.
- If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
